ECI’s professional planning of your customized trip will allow you to create a unique experience for your students.
We’ll assign a Personal Experience Advisor to work directly with you!
Your Experience Advisor will assist you throughout the various stages: trip selection, parent meetings, enrollment, preparation, and, of course, the actual experience itself.
Have an ECI Educational Travel Coordinator attend your Pre-departure Meeting
A pre-departure meeting is important to students and parents alike. At this meeting, students and parents will have the opportunity to ask last-minute questions and receive detailed materials and cultural information.
It is vital to have as much support as possible at this final get-together. For this reason, an ECI Educational Travel Coordinator is always available to attend and help with your Pre-departure Meeting (usually held approximately one month prior to your trip).
Student–Teacher Ratio
To ensure the highest-quality programs, ECI covers the cost of one teacher for every eight participating students. Student-teacher ratios can be altered for customized programs.
Special Bonus Offer for Teachers: ECI Miles
ECI wants to reward you for your hard work. As a teacher, you earn ECI Miles every time you travel with us! These miles never expire. For each day of your tour, collect one mile per participant.
For example:
- Take 25 students on a 10-day trip – earn 250 ECI miles
- Take 15 students on a 15-day trip – earn 225 ECI miles
- With as few as 300 ECI miles, you can fly roundtrip to London.
