The Process Explained

  1. Once you have decided on a particular trip, complete the trip Leader Registration form online and we will contact you to confirm your trip by phone or email. Alternatively, you can fill out an online inquiry form and have a member of ECI contact you to begin the registration process.
  2. Your ECI Advisor will provide you with all of the materials and information you need to proceed:
    • Promotional materials, including flyers and a customized PowerPoint presentation
    • Registration instructions for you and your co-leaders
    • Preliminary Registration information and instructions for your students
    • Informational and sign-up materials (including our online registration option)
  3. Students and parents attend a meeting chaired either by you (the Group Leader) or an ECI Advisor. At this meeting, we present and explain all aspects of the program. Participants receive a Preliminary Itinerary, a copy of the Payment Plan, and a Preliminary Registration form. You may also choose to bring copies of the downloaded registration forms to this meeting if you expect sign ups at the meeting (please note that students are not obligated to attend a meeting in order to sign up).

At this point, students may go home and complete the registration process online OR they may submit completed paper copies to you.

Regardless of what registration option they choose, ALL students will need to complete the Medical Authorization and the ECI Release online.

After all registration forms have been received, all administrative and financial details are fully handled by the ECI Team. This leaves you free to concentrate on your job – teaching your students!

Remember: Your assigned ECI Advisor who will work with you closely during the pre-trip planning is always available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
