DAY 1 Depart
Departure from the US.
DAY 2 PARIS
Bienvenue en France! On arrival relax in your Parisian hotel. Then, after dinner, stroll through the historic center as you are introduced to the charms of France’s capital city. Sleep well…Paris awaits you!
DAY 3 PARIS
Ascend to the top of the Eiffel Tower to view all of Paris spread out before you. Spend the rest of the day visiting some of the most famous sights, including Notre Dame, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Élysées, and, of course, the incomparable Louvre, home to the most enigmatic smile in the world. Float down the Seine after dusk, basking in the glow of the City of Lights. A perfect end to a perfect day!
DAY 4 AVIGNON
On y va! Board the train and head for the sunny south. Next stop, Avignon. Lunch in the shade of the imposing Palais des Papes before adventuring out to see the Pont du Gard and the amazing Roman city of Arles. ECI Experience Extra of your choice.
DAY 5 AIX-EN-PROVENCE
En route to Nice, take time out for a visit to Aix-en-Provence. Inspired by the unique qualities of the Provençal light, create your own impressionist masterpiece in Cézanne’s garden. Continue on to the glamorous Côte d’Azur and enjoy free time on Nice’s Promenade des Anglais and in the winding alleyways of Vieux Nice.
DAY 6 NICE
Trundle through the streets of Nice on the train touristique for a short tour of the city’s highlights and views of the blue, blue sea. Board the bus for the tiny principality of Monaco, famous throughout the world for its wealth, beauty, and royal family. After a fun walking tour, enjoy free time and shopping. Then, let your nose be your guide as you head off to the hilltop village of Eze to dabble in the art of perfumery. Evening ECI Experience Extra of your choice.
DAY 7 PARIS
Spend the morning at the beach before you’re whisked back to Paris on the TGV for our final evening, culminating in a wonderful farewell dinner.
DAY 8 HOME
Depart for the US.
