DAY 1 DEPART
Departure from the US.

DAY 2 LONDON
Welcome to London,
steeped in tradition and history, but still very much a modern city, with a buzzing theater and music scene. Relax at your hotel before heading off to Leicester Square for a great introduction to the British capital. Pick up a few classic English souvenirs before a short walk to Trafalgar Square for some photos of Nelson’s Column and the London skyline.

DAY 3 LONDON
So much to see, so little time… so let your private guide take you to all the must-see sights of the city. Your fascinating tour of London will take you to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the Houses of Parliament. You’ll hear the chimes of Big Ben and walk past one of the Queen’s guardsmen, perched on horseback – and just dying to have his picture taken with you! After some free time, you’ll participate in an ECI Experience Extra of your choice.

DAY 4 LONDON
Wake up! You have a room full of celebrities waiting for you – even though they’re only made of wax… Madame Tussauds is the UK’s number one tourist attraction, and for good reason. A wander among its array of lifelike celebrities and personalities is a thrilling experience. Spend the afternoon strolling through Soho and Covent Garden – great places to eat and shop. Then it's time to get your “glad rags” on, you’re off to the theater. Take your seat at a West End theater for one of the hottest shows in town.

DAY 5 OXFORD & STRATFORD
Time to head out of the capital for a while and enjoy a day in two very famous towns. Spend the morning seeing the sights of Oxford: a university tour and a quick punt along the river, before an afternoon visit to Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace to one of England’s finest – William Shakespeare.

DAY 6 LONDON
You saw his birthplace, now back in London view a fantastic replica of his famous theater, the Globe. Your recommended ECI Experience Extra for today will allow you to finally get a handle on the Bard as you take part in a drama workshop led by professional Globe actors. If you haven’t picked up all your souvenirs, you can opt to go on a shopping expedition, trekking through Harrods, or hiking up Oxford Street. Alternatively, choose to tick off a few of London’s great museums from your list: the National Gallery, the British Museum, or the Victoria and Albert.

DAY 7 CANTERBURY & WINDSOR
It’s your last day, but you still have time to squeeze in a half-day excursion to either Canterbury Cathedral or Windsor Castle. Follow in the footsteps of Chaucer’s pilgrims to the fantastic city of Canterbury. You will be awestruck by the sheer enormity of England’s finest cathedral. There will also be time to explore the medieval streets of Canterbury town. Alternatively, take the royal route, and head for Windsor to see the castle, one of the Queen’s official residences. You’ll also enjoy free time to wander the old center of the town. Farewell London, and what better way to round off your Great British experience than with a truly great British favorite – an Indian dinner.
